Click in the (optional space) in the address section after fill up all the other blanks. Same thing happen to me and get resolved when i clicked that blank (optional space) but just after fill up everything else. Weird but at least work for me.
My wife account was upgraded fine with no issues (get the rewards) so i think is a random issue
Same issue here, hope this get resolved… really like the game so far!
