So, I just ran their diagnostic tool again on a Thursday morning and below hops are the only ones I am still experiencing issues with. This is obviously on their side. Whatever these two hops are below are causing me massive packet loss.

I am not getting DCd at all but I am watching my ping go from <100 out of combat to 500-1900 in combat when I start pressing keys. There is a very noticeable delay in the firing of skills (Obviously) and it’s really starting to get frustrating.
I have ZERO problems with my connection in any other way other than playing this game. The tracert that I posted earlier from their diagnostic tool shows the packet loss on their hops, and not in my transit to their servers.
Note: Keeping my options window up my FPS is stable and has no issues. It’s just my PING that is all over. It’s stable out of combat but in NPCs bounce all over the place.
I started getting horrible lag to GW2 servers yesterday afternoon. I ran the -diag tool this morning and I have attached the tracerts. There is up to 96% packet loss on some of my hops.
In combat I spike up to 1900 ping and any actions are seriously lagged behind keypresses. I am getting 70-90 FPS so it’s not graphic/cpu related.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? My service provider is Time Warner.
Note: I am even having problems accessing and posting on these forums (Keeps timing out).

Nope, but the 30 players standing next to that treb sure are!
Stack on top of each other and AOE. The thief has to come to you to stay stealthed and when they do they get hit by your AOE. When they pop out of stealth kill them.
Like many people now, I have several characters that it enjoy playing. My main character has all the majority of my siege on it and I find it frustrating when switching to another character that I have to go out and purchase the same siege all over again.
If siege was account bound I could park it in the bank and swap it to whatever character I needed it on that day.
Is there a good reason why siege is soul bound and not account bount?
