Guild Wars 2

Today i have re-installed GW2 after a couple of years of not playing. Upon logging in today i have noticed my account has been compromised, it appears my level 80 chara has been deleted and several level 1’s have been created.

I have gone through all the steps (changed password and applied a mobile authenticator to my account), i have even submitted a ticket.

My questions are:

Is it possible for a character to be restored?
If so; what other information could i provide to help things along?
How long does it usually take to get an answer from my submitted ticket? (2108442)
