I think it’s the one of the megaservers IP that went down or something, cause it happened to me aswell in mount maelstrom, and tried going there with another character and it happened aswell. Asked friend to log in and check, and he got stuck on loading screen aswell.
Disconnected while exiting a dungeon. Now same problem as the rest of people here have.
