Guild Wars 2

I’m signed up on yaks-bend.com but haven’t had time to check anything out yet. My work schedule is pretty brutal. At this point, I’m willing to run with PvX / WvW, whatever gets me into group WvW – I also enjoy other game modes, just don’t have a whole lot of time to do so these days. I’ll send you a whisper if I see you in game tomorrow.

I only have time to play on the weekend but will do WvW exclusively when I do play if I can run with a guild. I main a Mesmer.

I main a Mesmer but have every profession. I really enjoy running with groups in WvW and am also looking to start gearing up in Ascended armor (both PvE and WvW) as well as improving my PvE game. I’m looking for a guild that would welcome a casual weekend player with random weekday sessions who is dedicated to self-improvement and meaningful contribution. Ideally this guild:

Runs WvW (little experience) on a regular basis
Runs fractals (no experience) and dungeon paths (little experience)
Is active on weekends
Runs guild missions weekly
Is mature / uses comms primarily for info

I’m loving some of the new hairstyles that have come out recently, based mostly on the high-resolution pictures made available here. I spent quite a bit of time and a Makeover Kit to get my Norn Elementalist to look like this high-resolution picture.

I’m happy with the results, but I’m wondering whether it would be possible to either select a preset “persona” within the character creation UI or import a string associated with the flickr photo (or other media offering) which would set the sliders correctly so that I can get exactly what I see. I realize it’s not going to look as good as the picture, but it is the picture that sold me on the look.
