I’m getting the connection error too.
I’m am getting this problem too. Though I’m in Malchor’s Leap in the Cathedral of Eternal Radiance. Get disconnected and then it puts me back to a point several minutes
to 15 minutes ago. For me it seems to be happening in and around the Orr area.
