Thank you for the tips. Our guild did not get credited in either of the cases, even though all of the participants of our guild got their personal rewards.
In the second case, it actually was the other way round from what you describe: We activated the Puzzle (our guild standard was displayed), and another guild went in after us. THEY got their reward, but WE did not. In the first case, we were alone.
Our guild completed the Angvar’s Trove Guild Puzzle last week and the Langmar Estate one this week. Both times we completed the puzzles and each of us received their individual reward. However, after the countdown reached 0 the event was displayed as failed and we could start the puzzle again.
Is anyone else having this issue?
