Uhm…what are you asking for exactly? If you want your town clothes to look like armor, just wear armor.

What the OP wants is to be able to transmute any armour look (light, medium, heavy) onto town clothes. For RPers this would be very welcomed.
yes, exactly. I’m a RPer too, and I’d love to have some more dressing options for all my Chars unable to wear light armor.
I guess it would be lovely(mainly for RP purposes) if we could use even normal gear appearance to transmute town clothes, it would allow a greater character customization, without unbalancing the game or similar issues. Why can’t we do that by now?
