(First of all, I’ve read the guidelines and see nothing in there that prohibits this kind of posst. If i am mistaken, feel free to delete this. If however the post is fine, please do not move it to the raids section, because i would like input from people that do not raid as well. Thank you.
Also, this survey is the one from reddit, so if you’ve completed it before, please do not do so again.)
Howdy folks. Since Salvation Pass is fast approaching I thought it a good idea to enact something I’ve been thinking about for the past few weeks, and have spent the last couple of hours making a survey on people’s experiences with the first raid wing.
I would like as many of you as possible to take the time and fill it out. If you did not participate in the raid yet / do not like raids, please also fill out the survey as it contains a shorter version catering to your needs.
I hope that I haven’t omitted any important information people are interested in. Feel free to ask questions or make comments and I’ll be sure to make the necessary adjustments once Salvation Pass has had a good run as well.

This issue is really starting to irritate me. I am currently reinstalling the client after deleting the game a few days ago to make some space on my HDD. The client will download a random number of files and then a BSOD will shut down the pc claiming atikmpag.sys is the culprit. This happened a few weeks ago as well since i was installing the game after returning from a hiatus. Despite it being a pain i eventually managed to download the whole game the first time and DID NOT encounter any bsods while i was playing it.
The things I’ve tried:
- deleting old and installing new graphics drivers
- running the launcher as an administrator
- running it in repair mode
I will stress again that this issue happens EXCLUSIVELY when the client is running for a time. I can play games such as Dark Souls 2 or Divinity Original sin for prolonged periods of time without any problems or errors.
Alternatively to fixing the client, is there any other (legal) method of obtaining the game files?
Having the exact same problem, lost a bit more than 8 gold, whoich in and of itself wouldn’t be tragic if it wasn’t 90% of my lvl 45 character’s cash.
Just chiming in to say i have the exact same issue as Buttercup – Earlier today, about 5 hours ago, i made a huge ammount of transactions with no problems whatsoever. Before logging out i placed orders on severaliitems. I logged back in 30 minutes ago, saw that the orders didn’t go through and cancelled them.
The orders are cancelled now, but i didn’t get any of my money back. I have virtually no money left because of this, and really hope this can be fixed. I restarted the game / cleared the cache etc, but it still isn’t working. I can’t buy or sell, but more importantly i can’t get my money back!
