Have you received those prepurchase gifts? Similar thing happened to me.
Tired to buy the xpac via Black Lion, 1st time received nothing and i thought something went wrong, so i tried to purchase the 2nd time.

Now i ended up receiving 2 Order Comfirmation…
one with serial code included, one doesn’t just like you.

sibmitted a tricket trying to cancel the extra one……

Yeah i know this sounds stupid, But I had some lagging problem when i tried to buy the new expansion, and i ended up accidentally buying 2 copies of it. Didn’t know that until i received 2 Order Confirmation T_T

Checked my mail and it seems only 1 of them linked to my account and i have already received those preorder gifts ( outfits, weapon box, etc..not the 4000gems tho.)

Submitted a ticket and currently waiting for Anet response, Would like to know anyone here has similar experience? I want to cancel the order which hasn’t linked to my account ( seems to be not linked, not 100% sure tho…), will this terminate my account lol?

I also lost a Precusor and they sent it back to me already via mail even i hadn’t found any support. I think they are working on it, Good Luck~

I really want this back piece on my Charr but when I looked at a few Charrs who have the back piece I couldn’t help but die a little on the inside… It looks so wonky and weird when running like they’re about to fall in front of themselves due to the positioning of the wings.

In OP’s picture I think the wings when in combat stance should be more vertical, upright. Not splayed out like a dog’s breakfast in front of the player. That does look awkward.

Exactly! I have a Charr too and they are even WORSE!!! They have a “hunched backs” already which btw i am totally fine with that, i think they look cool!! But with the positioning of this wings …hey, just look at my lovable Charr ANET! Can you really call this a “Wings”??

I’m not sure should i post it here but anyways, since i am not a pro player in PvP it took me a while to finally get my hands on the backpiece,

It looks awesome but the only problem i have is when you in combat or draw your weapons, it looks awful!! really BAD ! Is there any chance Anet will fix this?? please?
I know this will not be your priority to fix this but at least i hope you guys are aware of this issue and will fix it.
