Feedback: Scribing and Guild Hall Decorations

I’m aware that some upgrade will take longer for small guils, but there is no point in locking decoration for guild hall behind the upgrades. I know that it should be rewarding for geting upgrade, but for small guild made from casual players, pve and roleplayers that is just insane amount of time, to the point where it feels like fb games. We all seen the lfg message from players buying shovels, and other account bound materials (which are annoying on same lvl as friend asking you to click the link to help them).

Learned the Scribe craft to 20, closed it, and decided to help a friend lvl it, since doing it alone is hell no. Using Resonating Slivers from week guild mission is also one of the limits. Most small guilds like ours are having a hard time geting members time in sync, which ended up on two or three of us doing easy missions. I have asked a players from guild 250+ members, they are also having hard time. The ones willing to lvl it, are again limited with premissions to what lvl they can learn the Scribe. And what is stoping a guild to abuse new members as resource buckets and then kicking them out if they become inactive, but they spend a lot of effort in helping the guild scribe.

Decoration… The gui to start it’s eeergh what and how many clicks to get to decoration mode on. And if you are out of decoration and leave that option, you can not start it again to remove some placed items. We ended buying pumpkins each time that happend. A small pop up for decorator in guild hall would be nice (like in pvp, build icons). Save us!

Also agree with stand on more decoration like walls to shape some rooms better or add them. With that option i’m sure there would be some awesome works done by guilds. Which would make their guild hall more unique.

Issues with character art, weapons, or armor?

Greetings

If someone had already post this issues, then I have missed it. Still my post can be reminder if someone did.

I have found two issues with light armor on my female character, they are:

1. Dry Bones Hood - when used they will add dry bones shoulders over your existing shoulder. Please separate the shoulders from hood, since i would like to use hood without the spiky shoulders.
2. Exalted Pants - for 2 years my character had been running around with this nasty bug (it looks like she didn’t pull her panties all the way up). When standing it looks normal, only when combat ready or gathering or any other movement.

Looking forward to fix of those

Proposal Overview
guild hall and guild house

Goal of Proposal

Instance which can be used by guild members and guild guest.
There they can use vendors for there needs:
1. regular merchants (tools, kits, guild armor and weapons)
2. entertainment merchants (food, drinks, potions, short time installation of consumables).

This could also serve as great roleplay and meeting place for team and guild tactic discussion with training field (similar to one in pvp area).

They can use there time to do some repeating guild chain events:
- find workers tolls
- bring them material
- protect guild riches from skritts
- etc
Which will speed up guild halls upgrades by 0.1% since events are repeating.

Beside training grounds there is nod area, themed party area which can be change with help of npc (seasons, festivals), “round table” strategy meeting place and last guild house.
Guild house is where guild can display trophies, rankings, roleplay or simply just decorate. Guild house can use race themed designs.

Proposal Functionality

I have seen a lot of players idling, afking and don’t know what to do in game any more.
It would give players with extra time something to do while they are on. Guild members could fell like they are in guild and doing something for guild.
Guild event chains should be 10 events long and after end of chain there should be karma npc (where they can buy worker token). The token can be turn in for rewards at guild main butler (guild skins, minis, etc).
That should lower the use of mega server in some area. And guild members can invite guest in halls for guild player made event, that should remove taxi need and they can remove any problematic guest by kicking out.
Moving the guild related npcs in guild hall, where they belong.

Associated Risks

Setting the map cap for max number guild members + there guest, which means big lag. Balance the guild upgrades cost with guild members so that small guilds can afford them as well.
Small guilds can’t afford a lot of merits, but they can afford influence which should be cost for guild halls and upgrades.
Working out the guild halls templates (to give different selection), setting few chains event with there story, adding new guild items that can be used only in guild hall.
Setting out the building stages of guild halls, houses and areas, that can be influenced by players.
