I missclicked the SIigil on the GS, it is +6% Condition Dmg and not Agony.
Can you give me tips to improve the gear and the build?

Hello my fellow Necromancers,

i recently switched to Condi Reaper with full Ascended Gear except my Backpiece.
I use the following Build :

Sadly i only reach 11k-12k Bleed Dmg Ticks ( 1 or 2 Ticks only) and 6-7k on average on the Test Golem without Buff food, although i saw videos with nearly the same Build reaching 18-20k Dmg per Tick with Buff Fodd, but i cant imagine that this Difference is cause by the lack of food. I know the Gear and the Build is not optimized, but what i am doing wrong that the difference in the dps is so high?
