If I am using the Signet of Vampirism as a utility does picking signet of lesser vampirism do anything or work with the utility if I pick it on the Blood Magic Specialization line?

While on the subject is there something wrong with The Bloody Prince’s Toy Chest. None of the skins are unlocked or am I just missing something.

Is there any reason the skins are not unlocking, or how do you unlock them. I know it has happened to other so I am not sure if its bugged or something.

I finished this story quest before, now when I kill everything it just stops…..I can leave and do it again or just stand there.

Well ive been playing it for three days now and I love it so far. Its a nice change of pace.
