You guys are balanced well for tier 3 right now. Too many more North Americans and you’ll push into tier two and throw all the server rankings out of whack again. Be happy with where you are at.

It kind of depends on play style and how you want your build to work. More survivability = more PVT gear etc. Play with it. If you are really unsure just go for a balance at first.

Had some great battles against BT in DB’s borderland for the past few hours. Nice fights guys. We got the better of you a few times but your surprise attack at the southwest supply was great.
