When I tried to purchase gems through the Gem Store, I chose the option Paypal. However, when I clicked the confirm button, Paypal redirected me back to Arena.Net. I was then greeted with a message that writes “An error occured finalising your purchase.” I was given 2 options as to either try again or contact support. I’ve already tried again and it does not work. I then filed a support question, but being the impatient me, I would like to see if anyone has an answer that can help me or get the problem solved before my ticket is accessed. Thank You.
