Thanks a lot people. Running the game as administrator works for me!
I am using a Nvidia GTX960M, I have been looking for a solution for a week, reinstalling the game several times. I was afraid I would left the game, because is annoying playing with missing keystrokes (specially PvP).
It could be useful if anet make a solution in their own because it still affect some players.
