Guild Wars 2

Hi guys,
I normaly play a Guardian but have been leveling up a Ranger (currently 66) since I really find the Guard boring while farming and his lack of range beyond frustrating (scepter works in WvW/sPvP but not in PvE). Can anyone suggest a PvE Orr farming build?
Right now I’m using sb/axewarhorn, 30/26/0/0/0 simply because it seemed logical…but being amateur to the class I’m sure I’m missing a lot with my generic build.
Based on other builds I’ve been reading it seems to be Power > Prec > Crit Dmg > Rest so I’ve been trying to follow that so far.

I currently lead a guild on an NA server and we’ve been considering changing to a different server. If I transfer to another server to experience it for a couple days before bringing the rest of our members, will my guild instantly lose all influence earned on the previous server (Leaving the other members without buffs while I’m gone)? Or does the influence remain there to be used by them?
I know that on the new server we won’t bring the influence with us, but just want to know if it will stay where it was earned. Thanks guys/girls.
