Yeah, Support has not gotten back to me beyond telling me to do the serial code thing, which did not work. Subsequent support message was not responded to yet. My email gets messages from other sources, and from Support, but not from the email verification. It is really weird.
I am thinking that if I get this fixed, I’ll stop using authenticator from now on. It is just too much trouble.
Not really hardware related, though.
For the past 12 hours I have been trying to log in with another account. When I put my info into the client, it is not sending an email to authenticate. After getting tired of waiting (see: four hours of repeated attempts to login), I sent a message to support. So they tell me to disable my authenticator using my serial code. So I did that, but all it gave me the option to do was change my password. The authenticator email disable button was inactive. So I tried resetting the password, just in case I needed to do that first. Of course I never got an email to verify the action.
I am not sure if anyone else is having this problem, since they would not have forum access because of their account being unverifiable.
