I cannot use the Aurene Action Key. It is locked. What have I missed?

I have the same issue. It started last night after the patch loaded and still not able to play. It has been 12 hours.
Not affiliated with ArenaNet or NCSOFT. No support is provided.
All assets, page layout, visual style belong to ArenaNet and are used solely to replicate the original design and preserve the original look and feel.
