I bought 10 items for 6s, listed them again to sell for 7s and paid listing fees 0.30s, when sold all i got was 6.30s this is really crazy
This also goes with the 10% tax. If you’re buying stuff just to sell it you need a markup of at least ~18% to turn a profit and that would be a profit of a mere .3% of what you originally paid. If you sell an item with a markup less than this you will actually lose money as I believe you did with your sale, the listing fee should have been .35s not .3s. So assuming you were charged the correct listing fee you lost 5 copper. Not that that would hurt but if you’re dealing with high value items or huge quantities you could lose a lot of money quickly.
I dont think that you can add 18% on cost to sell, alot of people will be selling less than that.
Sure you can, but you have to buy lower, using custom offer, waiting a bit & finding the right items to resell
You will have to find out how to make money, they don’t give you everything you need on a golden plate, just try harvesting/crafting or selling items you find on the trading post, like everyone else.. there are a lot of ways to gain something more
Same happened to me, items or gold are lost and we are losing a lot of money this way, they should shut down the market and try to find the bug as soon as possible..

I was playing with trading post today, trying to buy at low/sell at higher prices and noticed that I suddenly started receiving less amounts of item than I ordered! Now i tried placing an offer to buy 100 jute scrap at 24, paying 24silver. Some minute later, i received only 85 jute scrap and “My transaction” tab shows i am no longer buying any more Jute Scrap – so i lost some money this way.
Seems to be a serious issue
