by website, do you mean ncsoft? i tried logging thru ncsoft and the game with the same account as my gw2 as it has been supposedly linked but i couldnt. i logged in on ncsoft with master account and i could see my game accounts. 1 with the @ncsoft at the end which is the trial and my standard one….same info as my gw2
I have some problems with linking gw1. it said its link but on the bottom is Undefined: “account”

i tried contacting them thru phone but all it said was a recorded message saying that i should contact support :/
oooh annd if i try to log in with the very 1st email i used for GW1, the email i created the account with, it just keeps saying wrong password, i’ve tried every single pass i would use.
if i try to log in with the same info as my GW2, it gives me this long error..about i might be typing wrong info. forgot my email/pass, etc….
umm..its been a week since i couldnt log in on GW1, i’ve been trying to log in everyday.

Hello, I linked my Gw1 account, and it changed the log in info to my GW2 account. But it seems i can’t log in on GW1. My gw1 is merge with the ncsoft master account, for some reason, i have the gw1 trial in it along with my real account. So i linked my real gw1 account with gw2, it said it was linked..it even changed the info. said that i will be using the same log in for gw and gw2. i went to HoM on gw2 and there was nothing there for me. I’ve read that i might have to log in on gw1 and create a new character. but the problem is….i can’t log in using the same info as my gw2 account. If i log in with the ncsoft account, it doesnt log me in with my real account but the gw trial. :/ i’ve sent a ticket a week ago, still no answer
