my pc spec: i7-4770k + gtx970

and i attached my graphics option

when i change shaders to medium from high, it should be change it to normal.

what is the problem?

I submitted ticket#996065 on 2 Nov and there has been no response.

Please kindly increase the character races change kit in Trading Post (like Makeover kit). It is helpful for player when they want to change the races.
