A quick update, apparently a jumping puzzle in Dredgehaunt Cliffs is part of the explorer achievement, which I didn’t have. Go to Wyrmblood Waypoint and walk west over to the ruins, it will start a chain quest to get you in. I was lucky and someone was already doing it, so I was able walk right in.

Note, once you enter, this puzzle area will not show as a white zone on your map after you enter it, but it will help you get to 174/174…..

Necro, I’m having the same problem for Shiverpeaks, I was stuck at 171/174. A comparison to a complete map showed I needed Griffonrook Run, Lair of the Serpent, and Ulukk’s Hunger, got all three but it only bumped me to 173/174. I’m at a loss.

I believe the required areas were updated for the Halloween patch, but there’s not a lot of folks complaining about this, so I’m beginning to suspect a fairly recent bug was introduced somewhere, but I do hope I’m wrong.
