Ok, i fixed it. Lol was my mistake, something wrong with my gpu driver and stuff. Thank you anyways

I dont belive so, since i havent changed anything in the Catalyst Control Center. Also, i configured the Catalyst Control Center like this post:

I always play the game in max settings, but after the patch all the character textures (npcs, other characters, my amors, weapons, etc) looks like the game were config in low settings. It also looks like this in the character selection/creation windows.
My gpu drivers are up to date, ive a amd ati hd 6850 and ive been playing the game in max setting all the time with no problems before this.
Anyone having the same problem or know how to fix it?

I also tried to updated all gpu drivers, but they were already up to date.

Ok, i did a full reinstall and the problems is still up.

check the graphics options, near the bottom, for a “high-res character textures” check box. it requires a map load though. try that and see if it works, if it doesn’t, it’s a bug.

try seeing how it looks turned off and turned on.

I tried that and everything in the graphic options. Nothing works, still low settings textures no matter what i do.
