It’s Arah. It’s supposed to be the hardest dungeon. You use teamwork and skill to get through it. The change to no waypoints is great because it gets rid of zerg rushing. You remember those times when people pulled Lupi out of his room towards the waypoint? kitten like that ruins the content when the only thing those people are skilled at is WPing then coming back to damage him a little then die again. Rinse and repeat until Lupi is dead. That kind of thing is just stupid.
If you don’t think graveyard zerging is bad, then you’re delusional.

I use www.gw2lfg.com and I never have problems finding groups who are doing SE. I understand where you’re coming from for the weapon skins but CoE is the same way is it not?
Also SE path 2 is shorter than Arah path 1 and probably shorter than HotW path 2 and 3.
I’ve been pugging this path for weeks now. It’s really easy. Some of you here say bursting it down it down is the best way but imo, as long as you have a thief with smokescreen/ a guardian using wall of reflection or the summoned spirit shield, eles with their swirly whirly or a mesmer using feedbacks, you guys will be fine. The point isn’t to kill them with the reflects but to survive the incoming projectiles so you can kill the golem. If all you do is zerg rush and lack the dps for it then obviously you’ll fail.
That’s why I love this game. You constantly have to adapt to the situation and not stick to one build/one set of utilities or one weapon.
My ele can dodge the bubble with evasive arcana really well. My guardian however, can dodge and get a white evade text pop up and still get stuck inside the bubble.
Very well played but I must say I sense a nerf upcoming for a certain class.
Warriors won’t got nerfed just because someone was able to solo GL with one. All I see in this video is someone extremely skilled either the warrior class, and not because warriors are op.
To OP, congrats on an amazing feat!
CM- one of the longer dungeons imo. Plenty of trash mobs and hard to skip places. If you want your gear quickly, I recommend skipping this one.
TA- one of the easier dungeons. Up/up takes 20 mins with a good group. F/f is also pretty quick if you can skip most of the trash along the way. The last boss in forwards up is kind of a pain in the kitten though.
HotW -as stated above, path 1 is short and sweet. Path 2 and 3 are longer and have underwater bosses with high hp pools at the end.
Arah- only one path is farm able imo and that is path 3.
What’s everyone’s favorite dungeons and why?
I also don’t like how this system is working. Just got into lvl 21 without any ascended gear so far. Just stepping on the platform Jade Maw is on instantly kills me. I don’t understand how they want us to progress when we have to redo a level and farm it until we get a ring. We have a static group and 3 of my party members all have ascended gear now. 2 of us don’t have any. I don’t get why a party member of mine would get a for every single daily and the rest of us nothing.
Sorry for the rant but its frustrating trying to progress but seem like you aren’t making any when you have to rely on your team to fully revive you just because you don’t have gear. We’ll end up getting gear checks and all that other crap that made me go crazy. I just want to know why we have to use RNG instead of just rewarding the players a one time ring for reaching that level.
