No this isnt pay to win this Is more content that they have been working on for years that there now finally releasing… games that r p2w r uselly things like prefect world, runes of magic things like those. where costumes give u bonus dmg an def. just cause they add new spec doesnt mean these new specs will over power the old ones its really down to skill u have to remember that. they will tweek things in the long run once the exp. has been out for a month or so.
Just cause u think ppl who didnt buy the exp will be at a disadvantage. u wont be at a disadvantage, just because they have the exp an u dont. Just remember the skill to adept to change is very useful.
When I go in to the heart of mist pvp area one of my pets that I use for pvp doesnt show up in my set every time i log on to my ranger. This only happens when i enter the heart of mist. An i end up forgetting this happen Im just putting this bug out there idk if others are having the same problem but its happening none stop.
Personally I find the rev very unique not like the other classes. An should stay that way so it stay unique. if they were to change this to be more like the other classes its uniqueness is thown out the window. An when i look at comments talking about rev in this forums i see that ppl r trying to change its unique style to something like ele or another class. not all classes r made for everyone that should be respected. I love the class the way it is. Its different an being different is a good thing. I plan on maining Rev when HoT lanuchs I just hope they dont change the style because ppl dont like how it is now.
Like I said they need to Fix an combed out the problems that the raid has. an no i didnt do the raid i see that there is a timer which ppl r trying to address right now in other forums by coming up with a better ways of doing the raid. there trying to give the devs better ideas other then the timer. But the thing is the Meta needs to be broken seeing the same Old thing for 3 years is kinda sad. ive went in other threads addressing that nercos an rangers get kicked out of partys because they cant pull the dps that ppl want =/.
Things need to change 3 years is enough for the old meta, it needs to be friends with other playstyles now.
I think people are missing the point of what the raid is about. people in dungeons have been isolating people who want to be tank/support/healer in the group by kicking them then whispering them “go get your zerker armor scrub” or something demening like that. personally when I watch the LFG I see more post about Zerker lvl 80s only then Lvl 80s only groups. the raid i see it will bring more ppl out of the dark(tank/support/healers) an in to the light, so everyone can be appart of something. ofc the change is hard for ppl an most ppl dont like change at all.
But would u reather Isolate more ppl by saying “zerker 80s only raid” doing this only keeps the minorities left in the dark making it unfriendly. But the thing about the ascended armor does need to be fixed with more of the fractal system in play, so the difficulty can be changed depending on what the group wants lowest it should be is exotic or half exotic half rare. they also need to figure out how to make these players more relivent because there isnt a threat system in the game. there are alot of things that need to be fixed an combed out . just need to keep making more threads about the problems that u see about the raid.
Smooth Penguin I agree with you 100%. I wish there were more people with a Open mind like this. An I, as a Hardcore player am glad they are bringing challaging content to the game, that we as hardcore/elite players want. Its really sad imo that ppl frown upon it like its a bad thing, to want to be reward for your hard earned efferts. An casuel/normal players should respect this. because for 3 years Hardcore/elite players have had nothing challanging enough to go on. An with this content we as the hardcore/elite part of the commenity will have something to do. Personally I dont need to say more because Smooth has taken the words right out of mouth. An im Glad. Keep it up Anet.
Edit: They need to add the fractel system to raids so casual/normal players can do raids for the lore.
