My screenshot of the first set from a BWE It is from the Honor of the Waves dungeon and it is light armor. I have looked at it since the BWE and it does still look like this however the prices may be different to what is shown there.
As others have said the second one is from crafting. I can confirm a level 55/60 set named Winged.
