Hello. I am a full time student and with a full time job. My playtimes are usually limited, so when I pay eighty bucks for a game, I fully expect excellent service for my purchase. After all, with regular games on steam that costs 10 bucks or so, I get immediate and excellent service.
I usually don’t encounter many errors on a LAUNCHED, sold game. And I have played RIFT, AION, TERA, and WoW. Not only did I encounter many bugs in this game, but my account is also suspended for apparently no reason.
I have only logged in from one IP, and I’m pretty sure no one has played before me, since I’ve logged out at 6am. I wake up to find that my account is suspended because apparently someone has been accessing my account.
I would like to say that I’m very angry, and would like my suspension gone because this is absolutely ridiculous.
