Guild Wars 2

So I am not able to start over in other world? I need to pay for it? I was asking this because I wanted to know which is world will be better for my ping problems.

Is there a way I can start a new character in the new world?

I just bought game… well, 2 days ago, still can’t play it because of disconnects (error 7), so I did everything, open ports, disable firewals, everything that was written in these topics. Nothing helped, and I desided to ping ip of server (Blacktide) I was start a new character. 100% pocket loses… With my internet I did not have any problems with any games before… So I desided to change world and I found that the only way to do so, is pay money?

I really don’t know what to do with it, tried all advises found on forum… Nothing helped. This is my first games experience ever, since I bought game and impossible to play it….

It is possible, it’s not windows OEM or is it?

Every 2-5 mins in game I am getting one or another connection error:
error 1- 7:11:3:189:101
error 2- 58:11:5:504:101
tried to add /clientport 80 , but no difference, nothing helped.

Please help.
