I’m coming back to guild wars after a long break and I cant seem to find my old costumes I got during the first Halloween event. Did they move to a new tab or something or did my account bug out and they are now gone?

I don’t know if its possible or not but there are around 50 people here and most are saying its because someone is griefing it by standing on top of the wall preventing us from talking to the ghost. It may just be bugged.
Are there any other servers having this problem aswell?
