Last Step Correctly Completed: Bad Blood (37) (Mine did not skip at level 30 or 40 but in between the two)
Skipped to: Level 48 – On Red Alert (rather than to The Stone Sheath)

I also encountered this issue when playing with my wife last night. I believe we were on a recommended level 37 personal story quest. After this quest I was skipped ahead to the lvl 48 recommended level personal story. I thought nothing of it as I felt I just needed to open a ticket and it will be resolved for me. I have been playing this game mainly for the personal story and when I saw the sticky that I interpreted as “tough luck, we can’t fix it”, I was extremely disappointed on how it is being handled. I rarely post on forums, but I felt I really wanted to get this off my chest as the response from the sticky has been bothering me.
