Yep dc’d four times already in about 40 mins. Every time in FABL, I’m on TC.
When I was on the BL it was barely playable. Mostly I was just standing there with the world around me frozen in time. Then I would see splurts of action around me be fore i go the dreaded “unable to access the login servers” message.
It must be happening to many other people too because the queue is never long to get back in. I’ve never seen a reset night were you can enter a borderland less than an hour and a half after reset if you don’t make the initial push. Much less get in 4 times in 40 mins.
I usually have no problem pulling at least 30 fps in large zerg encounters. I only occasionally encounter skill lag when it is a massive ZvZvZ. I only say these things to say this is very unusual for me so it seems something is definetly going on out of the ordinary.
I’m through for the night cause this is absolutely unbearable.
This has never made sense to me either. Why are only particular stat combinations available on Ascended gear?
My main grief is I am being prevented from playing the way I want (and the way I was able to play before Ascended Gear came out). This seems to directly contradict ANet’s Manifesto.
This is my problem too. I want to play my way, with my build, and this gear is prohibiting my style’s viability.
… this will end with the Laurel merchant selling 120 different amulets in the windows merchant to only put a few more mix … What will they do when the ascended armor go out, just throw to the garbage the great rune system to put prefixed items too
LOL… So with every combination of rune, main stat set, and ‘upgrade’ stats, how many ascended armor pieces will we have? Got to be in the high 1000’s, if not 10’s of 1000’s, without any consideration of weight (light, medium, heavy) or visual skins.
In summary, I wanna play my way. Let me build my own ascended gear as you have with all the rest of my gear.
Hi EmeraldOne,
If you are on Tarnished Coast or don’t mind transferring, Relics of Honor sounds like a good fit for you. Check out their cod of conduct for more details.
I joined RoH a little over a month ago. They’re a nice group of older gamers (25+) just looking to have a good time. Check out the site and the Code of Conduct to see if these sound like your kinda people.
