got my account released and was able to add a new, valid key. All progress is at is was before the suspension.

thx for your hard work, you seem to be the only person atm who’s giving at least a little feedback about what’s happening. Really appreciate this.
I tried updated my above mentioned incident with as much information as I could get to this point.
I hope this will be figured out soon.

btw the German support didn’t even update the ticket since I opened it, after I got that automated mail asking for my details….

Hi Gaile,
thx 4 getting at least an update on my issue.
Now I am about to know what is wrong with my suspended account:
“Fraudulent code. Please contact your seller to get a refund.”
Unfortunately I already bought a new key through a retailer listed on guildwars2.com and tried to activate it with my old account. But it didn’t work, can’t still login.
My support ticket hasn’t been updated since a few days now and I don’t know how to proceed here. Thx 4 any advice in advance
no got the key from a friend who bought a bunch at release of the game. kinda thinkin’ that there was something wrong with my ingame names (Theokolius & Theo Parish) but no reason given from ANet. It’s very dissappointing right now to get banned and not even knowing why …thx 4 this

account got suspended due to account issue, don’t know the exact reason by now. Already opened a support ticket but nothin’ happens so far …

haha … thx 4 this … this made me smile a while beneath this bad situation I’m in. got suspended without any reason during play the day before yesterday … don’t know what happened and why.
so afraid that my lvl 80 full exo necro ’ll just be gone …. 150h playtime, kitten /p>
friend of mine started to play the night I got banned. nice playing together though …
opened a support ticket but just got some automated answers … feelin’ with you.
this is just a hilarious way treating customers supporting this piece of software.
ticket is open now for 3 days, they got 4 more and I will turn my back on gw2 and look for sth else to spend time on …
it’s a good game…really, but support kills it
