Recently after the last update (don’t know exactly when that was but I am writing this on February 8th) I am getting severe graphical glitches whilst holding my camera in a certain angle. I was on Harathi Hinterlands (but it happens EVERYWHERE) and these are some screenshots that I took:

Does anyone know how this is even possible? And more importantly: how do I fix it?
