Guild Wars 2

Should I reinstall the game or something?

I tried repairing and deleting these files:

/Users/User/Library/Caches/com.transgaming.guildwars2
/Users/User/Library/Preferences/com.transgaming.guildwars2.plist
/Users/User/Library/Application Support/Guild Wars 2

but it still does not load the Buy Gems screen.

The “Buy Gems” menu still does not load for me.
I’m on Mac OS 10.9.1

I’ve been getting this screen the last few days…
Nothing loads.

I know it’s my fault and I should’ve have read the mail, however I just started playing the game and didn’t know I would only get it once.
I also lost my Chalice of Glory and Tome of Influence, but mainly I’d love to get my Rytlock back…
Is there any way I can get it? Any NPC in game that can hand it out?

I was making and deleting several characters, just trying everything out, and didn’t even realize what I had done until it was too late
