it is so kitten blury I cannot see anything with my naive 1080p resolution. I had to disbale that just for that are, and it is the only area has this issue as far as I experienced

has this been addressed ? because I am having exactly the same issue at Timberline falls only

Quiet recently I have notice , Whenever I am on outside world with Depth blur enabled in Graphic option, everything is so blury. That didnt happen in any outpost whensoever.

I thought the whole point og Depth blur only gives a graphical enhancement to objects that are far away, but instead everything on the screen is blur and very discomfort to see.
I even maxed out the Sampling lvl to extreme which didnt help at all.
