As it says, if the event is bugging out and the pact are frozen, and you are sure you’ve done both north and south re-enforcement quest chains.. pull mobs to the pact and get the pact killed, all of them. The large giant roaming around works best. Pulling him solo while having other players keep risen off of you while pulling him to the pact. Simply range the giant and keep all melee away from him.

Wherever the pact are stuck, find a way to overwhelm them with mobs.

He will yo-yo a few times as you pull him, but getting the pact killed often either resets them to their last check, or pushes them forward to the next.

Came back on last night to try again with the last 12 or so gold i had, bought 80 or so rares, random weapon types. left with 1 rare weapon. I’m with spiria. Done with this game.

3-4 weeks grinding and farming mats. Well over 500 level 80 rares in, and about 50 exotics. 70 g when i started 12 g now, no mats. No precursor of any kind. 3-4 weeks and I’m worse off now using the pathetic Mystic Forge than when I started.
Thank god it’s free to play because you won’t get another dime from me. Your “fun” Mystic Forge will make me and others uninstall.

Save your money, the reward for real $ is not worth it. I don’t even think you get keys inside them any more. On average, 1 copper, 3 mystery tonic, and some random buffs. Better off buying cooking items.
