I don’t want to make a legendary, too much effort for too little gain, but when I saw the skins for the experimental precursors I thought it would be cool to collect them—until I saw the materials needed.

Holy crap, why?

Shouldn’t the later stages of crafting the precursors be where the money sink is? Shouldn’t the first stage be a lot easier to make, especially since you get a skin that looks like junk? I’m really disappointed with this.

On a side note—it looks like the second stage precursor doesn’t even get a unique skin? That’s a bummer.

Did the Shatterer actually change?

I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately.

First of all, I’d like to point out this for the current state of dailies – http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Daily/Research

Not many choices, not much variety.

Here’s what I’d like to see, for the PvE choices, based on the new lineup.

Events
Recycler
(every day)

Kills
Gatherer
Leveler
(three day loop)

Kill Variety
Aquatic Slayer
Veteran Slayer
Champion Slayer
(four day loop)

Personal Story
Dungeon
Story Dungeon
Fractal
Activity Participation
(five day loop)

Crafter
Mystic Forgesmith
Feast
Karma Spender
Laurel Vendor
Costume Brawl
(six day loop)

Leveler
Skill Points
Group Event
Event Mentor
Puzzle Jumper
Puzzle Discoverer
Ambient Killer
Reviver

That would be eight choices a day and I think a better variety.

There, now I can stop thinking about that.

It’s not just the reduction of choices for dailies that concerns me, it’s the reduction of variety too.

Having Condition Applier / Remover / Dodger / Reviver on a four-day loop seems strange to me. They are just not that interesting to be so frequent.

Is Mystic Forgesmith coming back? Is Ambient Killer? A whole bunch of different dailies from before are now rare or missing. It makes doing dailies now seem a bit repetitive and boring.

And I really miss the Daily Activity Participation. I did an activity every day before April 15th, and I enjoyed doing them, but I’ve hardly done any since then, and it seems weird to say this but without the 1 AP maybe they don’t really seem worthwhile to do anymore.

From what I understand, monthly achievements are supposed to change each month.

If some people had it reset, and the four goals are the same for them, I think it’s a bug that it was reset because there should be all new goals.
