That’s why you limit the housing system and land that’s available.
That’s another thing, recruiting npc services for your housing needs. If they can do it without messing with the system too much we can have player run stores by hiring npc merchants.
I love the youtube tours that’s a great idea as well.
I may be bashed for this, if I am well so be it. Please hear me out and don’t just say, “Go play Sims or Skyrim.” Let me know what you think and maybe we can get this added in the game. If houses were added it would bring a whole new dimension to the game as well as bring in a whole new fan base. There are many players just waiting for the day when a good mmo adds in a GOOD player housing system once again. With the housing it will add the ability to show off your treasures, customize, decorate and even delve into the real estate market (even though you can only own one house per account).
Also with player housing it brings the ability to create better player run events. Like what? Well I am sure with housing people will be creative, but to start with one auctions could be run for other houses. There are so many possibilities with player housing it’s unbelievable. So what do you think?
