This bug isn’t like other bugs…. the reason people are angry is because it took months to years to get through HoM in GW1… that took dedication… some of us, when we bought GW2 where excited because our patience dedicated to HoM would be rewarded… then you find out there is a bug… a bug that has already been going on for a while and you are forced to be patient longer, watching them advertise HoT like there is no tomorrow, offering non-detailed information on this bug that effects thousands of players who spent enough time and money on ArenaNET already… it affects players in a different way than other bugs…

I also want to add to my previous post that HOM took a lot of time and patience for most of us an I know that some’s patience is starting to dwindle. I know mine is… We just want to know what the hell is going on… we are not asking for an eta, just some info on your progress… something as simple as “hey guys, just fixed [this issue] but I still have to work on [this other issue]” would work…

Devs, a weekly update on what is going on is not unreasonable… If there is an issue/obstacle, tell the community so we don’t go insane in the dark… Staying quiet just causes the community to get angry over time… a refresher every week will help keep us sure that you are working on it and not postponing till forever.
