my question is simple: after unlocking the Guild Hall claiming expedition, can i retry it multiple times in different days without using again 100g?

I’m in a very small guild and we are trying to get a Guild Hall, for this we need 100 gold.
One of us is free-to -play and want to parecipate with his money, but he can’t send it via mail because of his free account. We had an idea: to give him all the money and let him buy the expedition from the guild initiative npc, but if he can’t buy, all the gold will be blocked into his account because he can’t give it to us 
My question is: Can a free-to-play player use the 100 gold (and favor) to buy the expedition? (i know he will not be able to combat in the mission, our concern is about the gold xD)

So isn’t there any option to remove tooltips?
As you probably have seen, in the new pack was introduced an annoyng arrow that shows up when you have low life points, and this arrow indicates continuously the healing skill (this is insulting in my opinion)
Does someone know how to eliminate that arrow in the options? That is very annoyng
