I would strongly suggest changing your password (just to be safe) and opening a support ticket for the error

This sounds similar to the certificate issues. Have a look here:

If that doesn’t work, try searching the tech support forum for “certificate”. There are a few posts about this already

@Morbis do you have MSI afterburner or mumble or some software that does overlay on the screen?

Nope. I made some progress though. I found a spot in LA that would make me crash consistently when logging in with the Best Appearance preset but not Best Performance. After systematically lowering values for each individual display setting, I found the culprit — Textures.

I turned Textures down to medium and made tweaks in the catalyst control center as outlined in this post: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/tech/FPS-and-Performance-based-issues-1

I’ve been running in WvW nicely for about an hour now…

Are you able to do other dungeons fine? How about WvW with a lot of action going on?

It seems odd that it would be a FOTM specific issue…

+1 for hardware issues.

Take a look at your power supply as well. A faulty or underpowered PSU can lead to seemingly random shutdowns.

I’m having the same problem and it looks like we have a similar setup (Intel CPU, 8gb RAM, AMD Radeon HD 7950). I’ve tried upgrading and downgrading my video card drivers without any success — although I have yet to try the beta drivers.

This game was working fine for me until this past week…
