Well…got the e-mail last night approving the rollback based on my ok…which I promptly gave. However, still waiting for them to do it. So close and yet it feels so far away.

Hacked. Can't disconnect player.

Same thing happened to me just this last Friday. You need to go to support, ask a question and select ‘Account Hacked’ as the header. Provide as much info as possible and you will need to include your product code and your full username to help them out.

Currently, I’m still waiting for a rollback. However, I did get the e-mail last night asking me if I wanted one and am still waiting for them to do it after I immediately responded. Good luck and hope you have a speedy recovery on your account.

I was thankful that the culprit did not use my credit card info. I immediately deleted the information as soon as I was able to log in. So, it it good to know there are additional measures for individuals who do this.

However, I did buy gems and converted them for gold and all was lost, as well as, the armor I made with my gold. I would be very disheartened if I was not able to get those things back considering the ‘real’ money I used to obtain those items and extra gold I had on each of my characters.

Ughh…considering this whole situation was out of my control, I would hope they would be able to restore my character to the server I was and the possessions I had prior to the act.

I still have 4 more days before I can move my character and I really want to play the game with the new winter content with my friends and family. My frustrations with the situation are still very high so…sorry. +(

I’ve already got a long running ticket and just want to play the game on my ‘original’ server and with the items I originally had before the hack. However, I still have IP’s that I have NEVER personally authorized such as:

07 , CN ( 110.90.96.87 )
192.74.227.2
192.161.53.163

I am confused as to how they have gained access. However, one thing at a time. I just want to be able to play and I refuse to play on a different server and ‘naked’ to boot.

How long is the wait time? I lost everything and was moved to another server. I don’t want to play until my chars are home and I’m able to play with my family and friends again. /sigh

I was not able to get in the game and so my ticket(s) were through the Ask A Question portion of the web page. I was finally able to get into the game and all my gold and armor is gone and I’m on a different server. /sad face

Someone is using my account…I can’t log in. I can get to the character selection screen, but it doesn’t let me go any further. Just noticed they stripped my characters, transferred my account to a Euro server and NOBODY is responding to my tickets. I fear my credit card info is being used from the market place…I’m a complete wreck.
