Yeah, sometimes I just wonder what some ppl think about difficult content because being chain stunlocked or confused all the time and not being able to do anything is fun… NOT.
Made a new char, she is a level 12 elementalist. Well level 6 dolls and toy golems killing me nearly all the time. I have a chance against golems if some NPC’s are around but if not then its gg. I hated this chain locking mechanic even in SWTOR, its just pure bad design (have fun against 2 or 3 sith sorcerer at the same time lols) and has nothing to do with difficulty. Dodge? Well, won’t work if you can’t control your character. And dolls are just pure lol.
If you developers put some insane stuff at low level areas just to compensate your bad downscaling mechanism and avoid abuse of your system, then what about spawning mobs that are equal to the persons level who opens that frigging box?
Those who playing low level chars are just screwed right now most of the times bc now it’s not worth for the trouble and repair costs and of course the frustration to open those boxes. 80% of the time they are spawning toy golems now.
