They show up, they just aren’t included with the package… according to the specific notations implemented by ArenaNet. I wanted to know if that was going to be fixed later, or if this was their version of a fix.Yes, it says that for you because you already have those two chapters unlocked; thus, “due to purchase limits” (to keep you from buying something you already have unlocked on your account), you can’t buy those two chapters. If you didn’t have those two unlocked, there would be no such notice.
The screenshot below shows what it looks like when you don’t have any chapters unlocked and are looking at the gem store item.

I saw a post from Gaile Gray about a day or so ago that indicates that the Living World Complete Pack will return to the store soon. Right now it is there, but it is missing 7 and 8 (I believe that was mentioned already in this thread)…
My question is this:
Will it return to being the actual complete pack?
