I’m having the same issue.

I could not scan the Norn, so I decided to force a reset by leaving the story. Now I cannot get back in and Kiel is telling me to check up on the other representatives. When I click them, however, nothing happens.

I cannot progress…

I just got to this part of the story line. I enjoyed crushing the undead very much. But I also cannot end the mission. Stuck at “return to Gixx” and in four tries of trying to slay the boss in different places on the map I still cannot complete it.
