Guild Wars 2

My hand and shoulder/arm starts hurting after a while when I have to hold the right mouse button to pan the camera. I normally like to move my hand off the mouse when I am looking around or running and use the keyboard to move left and right and pan the camera up and down:
Left arrow key to turn left
Right arrow key to move right
S key to pan the camera up
X key to pan the camera down

Any chance to get this implemented?

Same problem. Tried logging to windows, zoning character, nothing seems to work.
