I have had the same issue. I have completed the champ spider in siren’s multiple times without the drop as well as the drake without the drop.

Are these drops supposed to be random?

This toon does not currently have this map completion, but does have story complete.

The same thing happened to me during/after the wyvern event. My character had a permanent “wind” pushing me a fixed direction. A relog fixed the issue.

Achievements were completed in the order: Kryta Forager, Ascalon Vista, Tangled Depths Events.

Perhaps finishing with the updated HoT rewards as the third triggering daily caused issue?

Upon completion of daily achievements, all rewards were received except the points themselves. My log says completed, however no points were awarded. I checked the leaderboards and confirmed no points were awarded. After completing a different achievement, it’s point was awarded correctly, just the daily is affected.

And no, my daily points have not been capped yet.

It does not say you can get AP. It tells you it can be repeated that many times. If you look, it gives no AP, only gold and tokens.

I have been getting the same mouse issues in game only. Everything functions fine outside of the game.
