Had this problem myself a month or so ago.
open a ticket on the support section up there ^ under “purchase support” catagory. It took them a few hours to get back to me but they managed to fix the problem eventually =]
Same issue. Also since installing the new build.
Oddly, the other pc and other account in my house is logging in and playing fine. oO
Keep getting a red bar with the text, “unfortunately an error has occured. please try again later.” after entering card details every time I try purchase myself a bundle of gems. Figured it was just bugged or overloaded for a while, but now it’s been a few days with the same issue and no one else I speak with seems to be having the problem.
Any ideas on a cause or a fix?
