+1 for an ‘Oceania’ server located in Brisbane Australia
LOL! It’s probably because there’s a bazillion people immediately trying to log back in as soon as the update finished downloading…..I imagine their servers are copping a hammering right about now
I got connection errors immediately after the client updated, but after a while it connected and started downloading the actual update.
Anyone know what this update is for? There’s no announcement on the news forum that I could find. I was playing and got a message ‘New build available…your game will restart in x minutes’.

Does it have to be a desktop? I’ve just got myself an Asus G75 gaming laptop that I’ve been using for this and D3. Not sure what you can get those for where you are? Then you can use it for both gaming and whatever you want to keep your current one for.
I’m actually playing most of the time on an Asus G75 laptop. Spending any money on your existing machine would be a waste….better off starting again with current tech gear.

Given the timeframes usually involved in getting consumer affairs (or similar) to sort this kind of thing out, why don’t you simply buy another key to use in the meantime? That way you can both play the game while you’re waiting for a resolution. When you get your refund on the original…..I dunno….buy some gems or something
Yeah, same for me this morning. Worked ok for a while, but mid way through depositing some items to the guild stash, it just stopped working. Changed to my other char and can’t even represent the guild now. Last night, a couple of us tried to deposit items to the stash and they were removed from the char inventory, but didn’t appear in the stash. Those items were there this morning though. Obviously having some issues

No freaking out involved…..there is simply no mention of this ‘maintenance’ anywhere on the tech support forums, or their FB page. That’s fine if you happened to be in the game when it was announced, but I wasn’t. Hence coming here looking for the reason.
